Lessons, Classes & Ensembles

Private instruction is the cornerstone of a quality music education. The ECMS offers study with both instructors and interns for students of all ages, interests, and abilities.

Our instructors are seasoned professional artist-educators, who bring a wealth of teaching and performing experience to the school, hold advanced degrees, are members of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra or Eastman’s collegiate faculty, and in most cases have had long, distinguished careers with us.

ECMS interns are Eastman graduate students, who are among the best and brightest young performers in the world. Our interns bring freshness and youthful energy to the school, as well as a deep understanding and skills with regards to their instruments.
